The Water Marina in Ślesin (km 17.35) is one of the largest marinas on the Loop. It is located on the eastern shore of Lake Ślesińskie. The complex includes a port for 76 boats with access to electricity and water. Convenient launching is provided by a slip and a crane with a lifting capacity of up to 8 tons. There are toilets and showers in the boatswain’s building. The port is under video surveillance. At the marina there is a parking lot, a grill hut, a fireplace and a guarded swimming area. In the immediate vicinity you will find many catering outlets, water equipment rentals and shopping outlets. There are many hotels and agritourism facilities in the area.

Worth visiting

Ślesin is currently one of the largest recreation and water sports centers in Greater Poland. In addition to the possibility of practicing all kinds of water tourism, there are over 200 km of bicycle trails around the city. On the western shore of Lake Mikorzyńskie there are boulevards with sports and recreational facilities and piers for mooring boats. It is also worth seeing the triumphal arch called Napoleon’s Gate. It was built in 1812, probably in honor of Napoleon Bonaparte, who was going to war with Russia. It is the only preserved monument of this type in Poland.

Marina Portofino

The marina of the Portofino Training and Recreation Center on Lake Pątnowskie offers 54 parking spaces for boats of various sizes, mooring in a quay, access to media, guarded parking, accommodation, camping, camping site and a place for a bonfire and barbecue. The season runs from May 1 to October 31.

Guests have access to, among others: bar and restaurant, sandy beach, tennis court, basketball and beach volleyball courts, pedal boats and kayaks, cruises and a windsurfing club.

Worth visiting

The biggest attractions in the area are the Gothic buildings: the knight’s castle and the church of St. Saint Andrew the Apostle. The unusual temple with an octagonal nave is covered with a unique vault supported on one pillar in the center of the church. Once inside, it is worth taking a look at the collection of medieval knights’ coats of arms. The nearby brick Gothic castle was one of the first private castles in Poland. The District Museum is located here. Next to the castle there is a small open-air museum consisting of a peasant farm, two windmills and a forge.

Gwarek Resort

The Gwarek Center marina (km 18.25) is located on the eastern shore of Lake Ślesińskie. There are 6 parking spaces, access to electricity and water, and a place for a bonfire. It is possible to store the boat in the hangar during the winter.

There are many additional attractions available at the center, including: own beach, pier, mini golf course, playing fields, barbecue hut, children’s playground, water equipment rental and tourist bike rental. We can eat a meal at a fish fryer or a restaurant that serves regional cuisine.

Ośrodek (km 11,78) na południowo-wschodnim brzegu Jeziora Mikorzyńskiego oferuje port z możliwością cumowania jachtów i żaglówek. Znajdziemy tu także pomosty dla wędkarzy, kąpielisko, hangar na sprzęt, camping, wypożyczalnię sprzętu wodnego, sklepik z małą gastronomią, plac zabaw dla dzieci, plac do siatkówki i koszykówki oraz miejsce na ognisko.

Nad Jeziorem Licheńskim w Licheniu Starym znajduje się Bazylika Matki Bożej Licheńskiej – największa świątynia w kraju. Jest to także jedno z najważniejszych centrów kultu maryjnego w Polsce. Można tu zobaczyć największy w Polsce i jeden z największych w Europie dzwonów. Na wieży bazyliki znajdują się platformy widokowe, z których przy dobrej pogodzie widoczność sięga nawet 30 kilometrów. Warto odwiedzić także pobliskie Gosławice, gdzie znajdziemy gotyckie budowle: zamek rycerski i kościół pw. św. Andrzeja Apostoła.

Camping w Mielnicy Dużej (km 32,50) jest położony nad jeziorem Gopło. Do dyspozycji gości jest pole namiotowe z pełnym węzłem sanitarnym oraz przyłączem elektrycznym, piaszczysta plaża z łagodnym zejściem do wody, boisko do gry w piłkę, wypożyczalnia sprzętu wodnego, a także przystań, na której można zacumować łódź.

Marina oferuje duży pomost do cumowania jednostek pływających, wodowanie łodzi, prąd i wodę oraz zrzut nieczystości. Przystań i pole namiotowe są w nocy oświetlone.

Zobacz w pobliżu

W pobliskim Skulsku warto zobaczyć Sanktuarium Matki Bożej Bolesnej z gotycką Pietą z ok. 1420 r. Kościół z lat 1810-15 zbudowano z wykorzystaniem fragmentów gotyckich z XIV w. W Warzymowie znajduje się niewielki gotycki kościół pw. św. Stanisława, którego początki sięgają 1443 r. Według legendy stąd pochodził Piast Kołodziej i jego żona Rzepicha. Przy kościele znajduje się pomost do cumowania łodzi.

Located about 8 km from the city centre of Konin, at the shores of Lake Pątnowskie and in direct vicinity of national road no 25 (Konin do Bydgoszcz). The marina, as well as the whole surrounding complex are run by the city-owned POSIR Konin and offers a full set of services. Lake Pątnowskie, together with two others – Mikorzyńskie and Ślesińskie, as well as with the Ślesin Canal for a prime quality waterway, connecting river Warta and lake Gopło and naturally being part of the Great Waterway Loop of Wielkopolska.

The marina offers 45 anchor places at the piers, all with electricity and drinking water. Moreover, the place is known for its good conditions for windsurfing and angling.

Marina Ślesin

A modern marina, with a comfortable boulevard and a bicycle road, connecting them to the city centre and nearby parking and city bus stop. The place offers a crane for boat lifting, a slip and other facilities, able to operate even with larger vessels (both motorboats and sailing yachts alike). It is possible to rent a kayak straight at the marina, anchor at one of the many piers and – if you are just visiting – take a trip aboard Pawełek cruise ship. In vicinity you will find a beach, a skatepark and a rope park.

The marina is under 24/7 surveillance, yet open for everyone. For those, who do not wish or cannot sleep on a boat, there is a hotel nearby.
